Description

Hexfall Maniac is a colour-matching puzzle played on a hexagonal grid. The board is made of six-sided tiles, and your job is to rearrange them so that three of the same colour line up and disappear. Clearing groups opens up space and keeps the board from locking up. The controls are simple: pick a hexagon, then drag it left or right to slide or rotate the pieces around it into a new position. Because each tile touches six neighbours instead of four, there are more possible connections than in a square grid, and spotting them takes a slightly different way of thinking. It is a calm puzzle where thinking a move or two ahead pays off. The real goal is not a set number of clears but staying in the game: you want to avoid the moment when no useful moves remain. It is a relaxed brain-teaser suited to unhurried sessions. Runs entirely in your browser; no account needed.

How to play

  1. 1Click a hexagon to select it.
  2. 2Slide it to the left or right with the mouse to shift the pieces.
  3. 3Line up three hexagons of the same colour to clear them.
  4. 4Keep making matches so you do not run out of available moves.

Tips

  • Before each move, check whether it sets up a second match afterwards, not just the one in front of you.
  • Try to clear tiles near crowded areas of the board first, which leaves more room for future moves.
